1. Product minimum order quantity: the minimum order quantity of each product is 500 (from 2 boxes in stock). If the customer's demand quantity is lower than the minimum order quantity, the unit price will be increased slightly. Please communicate with the salesman for details.
2. Product quotation: customers can check the reference price and details of products you are interested in on our ****** website, and then contact the salesman to make a quotation according to their needs. If it's the customer's own style, it's best to provide physical samples so that we can calculate the accurate price. Looking at the picture, we can only estimate the approximate price. The final price shall be subject to the sample price confirmed in the written contract signed by our factory. General quotation excluding tax: if a formal 17% VAT invoice needs to be issued, 10% shall be added to the price excluding tax.
3. Product proofing: all luggage styles can be made according to the physical samples or pictures provided by the customer. The fabric material can be selected according to the customer's requirements to control the product cost and unit price. Generally, the fabric of conventional colors can be selected from stock, and the special colors need to be customized in large quantities. Proofing time: 3-7 days, proofing fee: 100-500 yuan will be charged according to the complexity of the product, and will be returned after placing an order. The cost of logo production board is calculated separately: 100 yuan is charged for each color of logo silk screen printing and embroidery, 200 yuan for plastic logo and 800 yuan for metal logo.
4. Order contract: both parties confirm the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, logo production process and delivery time of the ordered products, and then sign the order contract. All matters shall be subject to the provisions of the contract. The original contract shall come into force after being signed and sealed by both parties.
5. Production time: it depends on the quantity and complexity of products. Generally, products less than 10000 are produced according to the normal production process: material preparation (5-15 days) - "cutting (1-3 days) -" on-line production (output 500-1000 / day) - "full inspection (1-2 days) - - packaging (1 day)
Total: 30-35 days
6. Packing method: a single product is packed in OPP bag (transparent plastic bag), 30-100 pieces / box (conventional double tile kraft paper). It can also be packaged in color boxes according to the requirements specified by customers,
7. Mode of transportation: we can handle the consignment, and the freight is agreed in the contract. Our factory in Quanzhou can send a car to deliver goods to the door. Customers in other regions can choose: A. automobile transportation (there is a long-term cooperative special line directly to the logistics company, or Shenghui, Debang and other logistics companies can be used, and door-to-door delivery can be designated). b. Air transportation (suitable for customers who are in a hurry. The time is fast and the price is relatively expensive).
8. Payment method: 30% deposit shall be paid in advance when placing an order. The goods can be inspected in our factory before delivery. After the goods are qualified, 70% of the balance shall be paid off and the goods shall be delivered.
