Function introduction
1. Inverter output function: after opening the "inverter switch (on / off)" on the front panel, the inverter converts the DC energy of the battery into pure sine wave AC, which is output by the "AC output" on the rear panel.
2. Automatic voltage stabilizing function: when the battery voltage fluctuates between the voltage undervoltage point and overvoltage point and the load changes within the rated power, the equipment can automatically stabilize the output.
3. Overvoltage protection function: when the battery voltage is greater than the "overvoltage point", the equipment will automatically cut off the inverter output, and the buzzer will give an alarm sound for 10 seconds. When the voltage drops to the "overvoltage recovery point", the inverter will resume operation.
4. Undervoltage protection function: when the battery voltage is lower than the "undervoltage point", in order to avoid damage to the battery due to over discharge, the equipment will automatically cut off the inverter output, and the buzzer will give an alarm sound for ten seconds. When the voltage rises to the "undervoltage recovery point", the inverter resumes operation; If a switching device is selected, it will automatically switch to mains power output in case of undervoltage.
5. Overload protection function: if the AC output power exceeds the rated power, the equipment will automatically cut off the inverter output. At the same time, the buzzer will give an alarm sound for ten seconds and turn off the "inverter switch" on the front panel. If you need to restart, you must check and confirm that the load is within the allowable range, and then turn on the "inverter switch" to restore the inverter output.
6. Short circuit protection function: if there is a short circuit in the AC output circuit, the equipment will automatically cut off the inverter output.
7. Overheat protection function: if the temperature of the internal control part of the chassis is too high, the equipment will automatically cut off the inverter output. At the same time, the buzzer will give an alarm sound for ten seconds. After the temperature returns to the normal value, the inverter output will be restored.
8. Battery reverse connection protection function: the equipment has perfect battery reverse connection protection function. If the positive and negative polarity of the battery is reversed, the fuse in the chassis will automatically blow to avoid damaging the battery and equipment, but the battery reverse connection is still strictly prohibited!
9. Temperature control fan function: when the internal temperature of the radiator exceeds 50 ºC or the load of the inverter exceeds 30%, the built-in fan will automatically start to cool the inverter. Subject to two-year warranty service.
